We offer 2 days return if the product is damaged, defective and incorrect. Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days. Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

In case an incorrect order is delivered please send us a picture of the parcel on Whatsapp or Email and we will resend the correct product which will be delivered to you within 5 -7 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
In case a product is damaged which is highly unlikely to happen, please send us a picture of the parcel on Whatsapp or Email within 48 hours from delivery of product, to care@piola.in with the Subject – “Damaged product we will resend the new product which will be delivered to you within 5 -7 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
In the Event the product is lost in transit or was not delivered due to the issue from our courier partner, a return product will be sent immediately when the product status is updated (Return or lost) on the courier tracking website. This new product will reach you within 5 -7 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
